HOW TO TEST FOR ASBESTOS IN POPCORN CEILINGS?
- Lead Tech would send DOSH certified technician to take samples;
- Per AHERA protocol, we need to take 3 samples for ceilings up to 1,000 sq/ft2 and 5 samples if over 1,000 sq/ft2 but less than 5,000 sq/ft2;
- Our inspector will dampen the areas with amended water & take samples about the size of a dime from 3-5 different areas, & transfer to a lab for PLM analysis;
- Lead Tech can email you the report within 2-4 days of conducting the inspection.
